Fast And Easy Ribs For Labor Day Or Any Day

First, if you’re not a Costco member, or know someone who is, you may want to stop reading now. As far as I know the only place to get these ribs is at Costco.

Now, fire up your grill. Remove the ribs from the package. Scrape off the excess barbecue sauce and save. Make sure the grill is pretty hot. Throw the slab(s) on the grill. Since the ribs are pre-cooked really all you’re doing is warming them up and browning/carmelizing the sauce. That’s it. Take them off and enjoy. Easy, eh?
