Head Implant in Spain

I love my Apple Macbook Pro.  I like playing around with the Apple program Photo Booth.  That’s how I created this goofy picture of myself.  It’s how I might look if I got a two inch head implant that Dr Luis de la Cruz is doing in Spain.
